Company Drivers
- Trucks are now 2020 or newer (all Automatic), primarily Cascadia’s
- Refrigerator and inverter in every truck
- All dry van fleet with all trailers average less than 3 years old
- Most of our freight is drop/hook with that being No-Touch.
- Monthly Performance and Safety Bonuses earn up to $5,000 a year
- Satellite Communications in All Trucks
- We utilize Transflo to expedite your paperwork
- Average 10,500+ Miles Per Month, Year Round
- PrePass in every tractor that covers scale house bypasses and tolls
- Bonus Pay for Travel in and out of Canada if you have a passport
- Fuel cards that cover all tractor expenses incurred on the road
- Vacation / Holiday Pay
- Medical, Life, Vision and Dental Insurance available after 60 days
- Assigned Tractor, no slip seating
